Pros
Great culture among junior and mid-level employees, with strong collaboration and a supportive peer network. Perks are above industry standard, especially our Wellness Days (having the last Friday of each month off adds up to 11 extra days on top of annual leave each year).
Cons
The senior leadership culture has become a bit cliquey over the past year or so, which can make it harder to get visibility, support and progression. There’s also been a big shift toward hiring for personality over expertise in some areas, which has sometimes led to gaps in specialist knowledge at senior level (the SEO team is a bit of an exception here). Transparency around the company’s financial position could be better. Messaging from leadership is consistently positive, but it hasn’t always lined up with things like layoffs and people leaving.
