Pros

Small business Parking lot Air conditioned building

Cons

Will bring you in for a "working interview" which consists of you writing an SEO article that he will use. Spent a two weeks writing SEO articles with no help, no criticism, no guidance. Reached out for help on something and then was let go and told I wasn't going to fit. I let them know that it wasn't a problem and I understood and asked to be paid for the two weeks that I did work. I was finally (under)paid, nearly a month later. Wouldn't recommend working here to anyone. Open office layout, the boss sits in the corner all day and watches everyone work, but nobody speaks. They don't provide you with any equipment, or at least they didn't. Used a desktop in the office and was forced to use my personal computer the one day I worked from home. Only like 5-10 employees overall and if you're not in their clique, they don't care to talk to you. Nobody makes you feel welcomed. Pay was lower than it should be.

Nothing about this review is accurate. "The boss" is in a private office and doesn't watch anyone work. We are also 20-25 people (check our Linkedin if you wish to confirm). The people here are possibly the nicest group of employees you'll ever work with. If this person didn't make any friends here, it was certainly not our staff that was at fault.

Pros

You will get a good laugh, when looking at the "website" of this company.

Cons

They tell you on the company website... "this company has 84% leads increase for healthcare," and "case studies" with so called " % results" with no names of the clients. Anyone can make up these numbers with a imaginary case study. Don't be misled.

Pros

Before I interviewed, I watched Sagapixel’s YouTube content and reviewed the website. It was clear that leadership had a defined growth plan and a strong grasp of SEO and business strategy. After joining, that impression was quickly validated. In my first year especially, I learned a tremendous amount; not just about SEO tactics, but about business impact, accountability, and strategic thinking around client work. The expectations are high, but so is the opportunity to grow. This is a performance-driven environment. Time and impact matter. There’s a real emphasis on high-value work and respecting client budgets. Many of our clients are healthcare providers and business owners whose growth directly affects patients, families, and communities. If you care about results and want to see the real-world ripple effect of your work, you’ll thrive here. Work-life balance is great and respected. No one is expected to work after hours or be “always on.” If you put in a focused, productive day and hit your hours, you’re encouraged to log off and recharge. Management is intentional about protecting that boundary. A big strength of the company is its focus on promoting from within. There’s been a deliberate shift toward developing junior team members into associates, seniors, and managers. If you’re serious about long-term growth, the path is there. We’re constantly testing and refining our approaches across all services. Often we’re exploring ideas well before they become broader industry conversations. If you’re curious, competitive, and want to be pushed to improve, this is a great place to build your career.

Cons

This is a structured, accountability-driven environment. Team members are expected to work a full 8 hour day and maintain consistent billable time (around 6.5 focused client hours). That works very well for people who thrive in organized, results-oriented settings, but it may not be a fit if you’re looking for a loosely structured or slow-paced role.
