Pros
- Good perks including holiday allowance - Generally nice office atmosphere including between teams - Exciting and new sporting league that is continually growing
Cons
- Incompetent management - Potential for very high works hours relative to remuneration - Priorities for long-term vision seem to be warped
Pros
- International travel - Fun events (if the wind blows) - Good snacks in the office - MacBook for all - Nice events team with brilliant freelancers and thirty party partners. - Fast boats, which looks good
Cons
- Bullying is a known problem investigations don't happen instead complainants are managed out of the business. Reported and documented bullies (with evidence not hearsay) have been promoted to senior levels with no accountability for actions. This is not specific to one team. - Cliques, promotion appears to be based on friendships rather merit many senior roles are not advertised for people to apply to. - Inconsistent strategy and business plans, you work for months on something to have it torn up without r - Stripped back budgets, you often have to go back on negotiated deals or can't deliver a project as a result. - Sustainability is an interesting one it's pushed but there's now two helicopters flying for TV in addition to Private Jet use including to Australia, something not included in the Impact League scoring or reports. - This is 24/7 job you will be expected to join calls between 6am-11pm. - Apparently unlimited holiday but you're forced to use days at specific time and if you are on holiday you will be expected to take calls and keep across emails.
