Pros
Payroll was on time and accurate. Benefits exist but are not good
Cons
All employees are requiredwork overtime, even if salaried. 50 hour work weeks plus Saturdays. Management is hostile with regular staff. When a mistake is made, the first reaction to to verbally berate the employee who made the mistake. The production floor is poorly managed. Planning does not happen more than 48 hours out, if you're lucky. Sales projections and production schedules are made based off of non-existent or outdated time estimates which leads to missed production deadlines on a frequent basis. They pride themselves on their flexibility and ability to pivot but use that as an excuse to plan poorly. Quality control is terrible. Units were frequently passed through QA that were missing parts or, sometimes, had skipped entire operations. Work is absolute chaos at month end because senior management is in a panic about making numbers. This chaos causes even more mistakes, confusion, and stress. Process documentation is Poor or completely missing.
