Pros

Good pay and hours for a security company but the job is only good long term if you are looking to move up within the company.

Cons

Working at sites alone is difficult and it's impossible to take a break without residents contacting you for something. Uniforms are expensive and must be purchased from a men's only clothing store. Furthermore, senior management treats employees poorly and their protocols are absurd.

Regular hours, no shortage of work, good scheduling website, supervisors with integrity

Cons

As a part timer there is some irregularity in my shift locations, but mainly its the same 2 - 3 sites

The pay is good. Nice condo sites, decent hours. $16/hr for full-time, which is above average compared to other security companies who’ll only pay $14.

Cons

Trades Escort doesn’t guarantee 40hrs. You could be working for a week, and next thing you know, you’re sitting at home with nothing scheduled, so you’re basically left in the dark. Not enough people to cover for you, if you ever call in sick. They’ll want your full dedication to them. Expensive Uniforms. (Dry clean only. And no Dry Cleaning discounts...)
