- Flexible working hours - some nice staff (although cliques) - good benefits
Cons
- Micro managing - Lack of overall corporate goal besides making money - too much emphasis on who sucks up to management as opposed to who is best person for the job. - Lack of progression opportunities and when one eventually opens, more likely for above point to apply. - Unclear processes which seems to change to suit purpose. - lower than market average salaries
