Pros
The office environment is mostly friendly
Cons
Company is not structured well internally. In the short time I was there so many people either quit outright or just left without a word. They hire people on very quickly and with minimal training, and virtually no feedback, they will let you go. They like to say that they pride themselves on communication but that just might be what they are worst at. The head of the office where I worked could never keep an appointment and would always cancel and reschedule and ultimately let me go without any kind of warning or reason. I have heard from just about every potential employer I have spoken to since that they have heard similar stories about Sandis and how I am far from the first to have experienced this complete and utter lack of professionalism. When I was researching the company before being hired, I could not find one negative review on them, but just the same I could not find many good reviews on them either. If you are looking to start a career or want to work in a cohesive, team-oriented environment, then stay as far away from Sandis as you possibly can.
