      Pros

      Some of client is good, but overall this is contract based job.

      Cons

      - Job Security is very less - Continually Pressurize for raising business. - always giving impossible target - glassdoor review is making by themselves. be aware about it

      Pros

      Growing Startup, leveling up, CEO is very friendly and supportive until you work for him.

      Cons

      The HR support is disappointing, they want only business with you, once you are leaving, they will be rude. Blocked my 50 Days salary for F&F and after last working day, they were replying, "It will take up to 90 days". Way of interaction is completely changed after leaving. In fact CEO was talking as a bro, and later he won't receive your call.

      Pros

      I had apprehension initially but all of them vanished within a few weeks. They are very good in taking care of employees. I spoke to their HR and he helped me to settle at onsite locaiton. I was given joining bonus and health insurance which was nice! The client is very good and I am working to new technologies which I wanted to work all the time.

      Cons

      Their hiring process is very fast and I was given less time to evaluate the offer. I think they can improve on this.
