Pros

Great team in the office, will always be on hand to help you if you need it Good central location

Cons

If you want to join a company with management that will support you and offer you training and development then DO NOT join SATIGO. The company has an extremely high turnover rate - 80% of staff members have been with the company for less than 10 months. Was thrown straight in at the deep end and left to get on things without any industry training or any information on roles which were being recruited for (this was a completely new sector for me). There was no ongoing training during my time at SATIGO. During 1:1s I was talked at with information and asked "do you understand " or "do you actually understand or are you just saying you are", which was extremely patronising and belittling. I was told on my first day that most people in the office don't take a lunch break and just eat at their desk, I was encouraged to do the same. It is also frowned upon to leave on time at 6 if you need to, you are made to feel guilty/unsuccessful for doing so. Really great first impression for a company! Notoriously poor at issuing contracts. I did not receive a contract until the day I left. There are clauses in the contract which automatically makes you exempt from the maximum working hours per week and which state that your employment can be terminated by the company at any given time.

Pros

Some great people in the company (minus the MD’s), work hard play hard life, great offices in London

Cons

Long list here - - won’t pay any commissions if no deal done in the current month (regardless of if you’ve just had a few of your best ever months) - paranoid MD with major trust and management issues - huge hire/fire company - awful reputation with so many tech companies out there. - major issues with pressured situations I would certainly not advise going anywhere close to this organisation and I just hope you’re lucky enough to read this..

As you have clearly identified, we have great people at SATIGO, which is a direct reflection on our MD who is involved in the hiring process – thank you. For the rest of the review, to anyone reading it, we would recommend you read the structure and language of the reviewer to get a reflection of the personality and character in question – disgruntled. If you are still in any doubt, then we would welcome anyone to speak with the great people in our business about what its like to be part of the SATIGO family.

Pros

Good location - nice offices - friendly team

Cons

Poor management, no experienced managers or real management structure - a lot of egos but no real substance. Hire and fire culture with no training or development. How this company is funding itself is beyond comprehension. Really unpleasant experience. Hire junior staff who do not have the experience to carry out their roles and then offer no support.
