Pros
So far compare to my previous employments this one is much better than other. Almost direct hire compensation, government benefits, leave credits and allowance. They can easily find you a client once the project is ended unexpectedly.
Cons
Unlike my previous agency employments once you became a regular employee you will be their employee even if the project ended. Here they will easily cut you off from the company and re-hire you again and starting your tenureship all over again. Sometimes it is not the money it people now are looking for Job Security. You will never feel a part of the company because they cut you off the moment the client decided to sized down. I hope this company improves on their weekness and value their employee and clients. I hope they remember what they put in to their website. At our core, we are all about creating high value, high trust relationships with our partners. And it’s all about the people!
