      Pros

      The company gives you opportunity to learn and grow with it. It has various projects, using different technologies so you can experience a lot within a few years of emplyment.

      Cons

      It's posoble to be stuck in one project for a while and this may become a drowback, but with the correct manager and discussion everything can be resolved.
