Very great team, and all departments work in harmony. It’s not a very competitive environment and everyone is helpful.

Schaerer has a very fun and laid back environment that makes it enjoyable to go to work everyday. The management team is doing a great job in providing structure and organization. They also provide snacks, fruit and great espresso!

Cons

Construction around building, but only temporary.

Pros

Schaerer USA has an entire new executive team, bringing a lot of positive change to the daily work environment. The open door policy is extremely helpful and creates efficient team work. We recently moved to a new facility with an open office space.

Cons

The company relocated from Long Beach to Tustin so the commute is longer.
