Banging your head against a brick wall is less frustrating than working here!!
Pros
the fellow employees whom of which have the same opinion as I, so helps get you through the day when another demoralising, frustrating, corrupt issue happens.
Cons
Pay-new staff are now coming in on the same wage as experienced employees . The new employees on a temp contract who don't cut it aren't let go because "we can't afford to interview and start training someone new" regardless of the fact the permanent staff are suffering massively. Management are clueless, a constant blame game. They have no idea how their employees do their job or even what their job is. The hard workers are no better thought of, however, if you're a brown noser then you'll fit right in until they've used you for what they want. Management stir between colleagues to try and cause an atmosphere-I've experienced this first hand. No progression opportunities. PERIOD!!!! Morale- we have hit an all time low and we are still getting it in the neck for something which wouldn't be happening if management could actually MANAGE!! No support. Don't take any advice from the actual workers. I've never worked for such a corrupt place. Progression factors supposedly for the crappy £300 (if that) pay rise at the beginning of the year, however, no matter how hard of a worker you are, if they don't like you because you aren't a brown noser and have your own opinions then don't expect a pay rise, don't expect any praise for working 7 day weeks week in week out to get the work load down, but DO expect them to jump on you at the first error!! I'm not even sure what half if not more of the management actually do, and speaking to other employees, it seems to be commonly not known to anyone. Absolute joke of a company.
