      Have enjoyed my time here. There is tremendous opportunity for growth within the firm and the firm strives to have a great personal development process.

      Cons

      a little less flexibility with work hours than I've found with previous firms

      Pros

      Schenck has been a breathe of fresh air! It has been incredible to find out first hand that there are still companies out there who place importance on their employee's satisfaction and the culture that drives them. They promote the team to come up with new ideas and give them the freedom to try them out. The work environment is very positive and has a good mix of team recognition activities within the daily work. This company has been honest and upfront from day one; a trait that is not so easy to come by anymore.

      Cons

      Realistically I have not found any downsides at this point.

      Pros

      While we are going through a lot of changes, they are all pretty much for the good. Most important to me is being able to grow and learn and they demonstrate their willingness in this area every day.
