      Pros

      Dedicated teachers and some quality programs.

      Cons

      Administration is a disaster. President is incompetent and had no ideas. Instead, blames all problems on others, etc. Everyone works in fear. There is no innovation because people are too scared to try new things. Board of Trustees does not seem to care. Sad because there are some good programs there. Everyone is expected to be on call 24/7. Crisis mode is constant. So glad to have found another position to go to. This is a place where only the weakest thrive.

      Pros

      Very dedicated faculty and front line staff who want to help students. Due to lack of effective management, people try to help each other and collaborate.

      Cons

      President is the worst. Totally incompetent, does not care and does not know what he is doing. Has run the school into the ground. There is no leadership, no strategic plan and no assessment. He just gives jobs to unqualified friends while treating everyone else terribly. Shame on the Board and State for allowing this to occur and for the community to be ripped off.

      Pros

      Many nice, talented students, many faculty and staff have integrity, and you can make a difference in many students' lives.

      Cons

      President brings administrators into meetings and tells them they have to do better. He demeans, threatens, belittles, and punishes. I've never heard any creative thoughts or ideas from him, no vision to speak of, and he treats people badly. As he sets the tone for the campus, morale is so low that people are leaving for other jobs. Pay is terrible. You will walk on eggshells every day. Worst place to work.
