Pros

Central location + free books

Cons

There is no management in this office. A lot of managers are incompetent and have no work ethic, and as a result the whole team suffers from chaotic organisation. HR and senior managers refuse to face reality and take no action no matter how many people complain. I've never seen such apathy and unprofessionalism in my career.

Cons

Non existent management–everyone works from home, horrible work ethic – no one wants to do any work or go the extra mile. No one in that department cares about the company or has any career goals, it's very pathetic. Work there if you want super easy work and have absolutely no aspirations in life.
