Pros

Dynamic environment and the opportunity to own a diverse set of responsibilities. Remote workplace with options to go into the office. Some really great employees.

Cons

This was a GREAT company the first 5 years I worked there. The old CEO understood the sacrifice everyone was making. Employees don't willingly work 60-70 hour work weeks for months at a time without caring about the company, leadership, and the people around them. That has all changed with new executive management.

Pros

Small enough company that there is room to expand and grow

Cons

They’re currently at the late stage of a Private Equity company where all the negative stereotypes of working there are unfortunately true. They’re desperate to squeeze as much cash as possible out of the brand and sell it, so it’s super high pressure, super low resources, extremely intense environment and leadership that is likely to sacrifice you on the altar of their future payout.

Pros

The private equity company will eventually sell the organization and maybe it will become a better workplace.

Cons

Poor management, poor communication, poor compensation. The company is downsizing labor, inventory and reducing manufacturing to prep for a buy-out.
