Pros
ScienceSoft is a good place for personal growth if you are willing to invest any effort into that. Management encourages gaining new skills, although you would need to demonstrate your own initiative as well.
Cons
ScienceSoft is mainly an outsourcing company, which brings all the common cons as opposed to a product company, like lack of concentration on a product and frequent change of projects. This depends of course, and if you're lucky to work with a long-term client you would get less of that. Senior management could be a bit detached from the usual company processes in my (very limited) experience.
