Pros

this company is so toxic that you wont get the opportunity to work on the treasure of technology they will give you access too. You will get a lot of experience developing strategies to deal with immature behaviors of coworkers/management.

Cons

If I went into detail of the things that happened in this company their would be protests. Everyone I speak to about my experiences outside this company are outraged at how bad it really was. You get a zero on professionalism. I even reported what was going on out in the field and instead of you doing the right thing like any other professional company you just transferred that individual to another department. You later retaliated against me after I got with HR discussing even more of the misbehavior of your employees that went on. What is a fileable offense in any other company in America is just another day in Sconet. I was lied to in an interview about compensation rates including why the reviews were so low on glassdoor. If you were just honest in answering my questions then I would have never came to work for you, because I saw all the warning signs on this website and was startled. Take a lunch break, you might be punished. Disagree and they might find away to get ride of you. Speak out and its your fault there is an average maturity level of 12th graders in high school. What is a fireable offense in all other companies is just another day in Sconet. I have never left a review on glassdoor...but the madness that goes on this company is real and others have the right to know before you put them and their families in an unjust situation of working in such a poor environment. No official apology was offered from the company for the harassments that I was placed in. But I will say thank you for providing such a toxic environment, moving forward I know how to deal with these situations and will be a more well rounded business professional in other companies.

Pros

Good learning, and great customers for the most part. Most of the staff is great.

Cons

Management and staff are slaves to the CEO. CEO is very selfish, greedy, and will talk trash about you in front of the client. Long hours, a lot of stress and disorganized. Pay is Ok, and they will lock you into a 3 year contract.

Pros

You learn a lot, that is pretty much it. You can learn better from a company that treats their clients and workers equally and with respect. Avoid this company at all costs unless you want to get stuck with them for 3 years like a military contract.

Cons

The owner makes you sign a 3 year contract to scare you from working with any other I.T. Company within 100 miles of the courthouse, You also are forced to pay the company 2 months Salary for the supposed damages that occur when you only give a 2 week notice. (the owner is a millionaire, he just wants you to stay working for the company so he can under pay you and not have to find more expensive techs, He compares this to "if you wreck a car you have to pay the damages"). The owner will then make you feel bad and take all the credit for your hard work when leaving and makes sure to inform you how your new company will lay you off and you will "come back begging for a job". During the hiring process they explain to you the low salary will be compensated with project bonuses, within the 3 years i was there i had 2 projects and was only paid for 1 of them... You work a 9 hour shift with a horrible lunch because management will bug you during that as well. Work life balance is horrible, you will get stuck on call every 3 weeks and you get no form of compensation for that no matter how much work you put in. All together I would avoid this place at all costs, wait the extra few weeks, get that 1 extra certification and go with a company who will value you and your time. It is worth it I promise
