      Pros

      Uniform and training. Most branches are lovely with a great team but this is really down to the individual manager.

      Cons

      Sacked with no notice, no meetings to discuss how to improve just go into work completely oblivious and get sacked on the spot for "poor sales" at Christmas which in optics is a very quiet time. Also I think it's disgusting to fire someone this close to Christmas when it's not a gross misconduct issue. Pay was poor, expected to travel at own cost and claim expenses back but this can take a while to be paid back to you. Very expensive products, not up to date with current products available, old machines.
