Pros

Slow project pace, long red tape and unpolished processes

Cons

The manager of the IT department is bad in making decisions to resolve human conflicts, adding more layers of leaders to micromanage the project teams The leaders promoted are mostly long term employees that is not in line with the latest technology or agile practices

Pros

Pay quite well, especially in front line. Family-run business, tend to be more generous with bonus. Lean structure/hierarchy. Quite a lot of annual leave. Nice office

Cons

Little work life balance. Lean structure also means less room for promotion. Frontline employees titles are often inflated. Anyone can be a manager. Company is mainly driven by a handful of core people. The rest are just passengers.
