      Pros

      Conveniently located. They have a keurig, fruit and breakfast bars. Nice office. Lots of places to eat nearby.

      Cons

      Locker room environment. Any time an attractive women came in for an interview professionalism went out the window. Less intelligent applicants were mocked, sometimes to their face. Hours are WAY too long for the pay. Typically no commission until 90 to 120 days. They give you a big song and dance about making high six figures in the interview process, then they stick you with a $24,000 salary working 80 hours a week. BEWARE!!!

      Pros

      The people who have owned and presently own and operate SM are extraordinary people. Their emphasis on helping the individual become all that they can is unfortunately an exceptional culture in America today. Their commitment to excellence is very admirable. I resigned to pursue a position as a lecturer at one of this country's top universities. I borrowed much of what I learned at SM and made it a part of my lectures. I sincerely believe that I became a better husband, father and citizen as a result of my employment at SM. I maintain contact with the team at SM to this day. You can make great money and the benefits are excellent.

      Cons

      This is not just a job. I read some other negative reviews and I understand why some former employees might respond to their experience at SM in such a negative way. If you are not truly committed to pursuing excellence, you are not going to feel comfortable at SM. This position is not for everyone, but if this lifestyle fits how you think; there could not be a better place for you in the world. I left to write a book and pursue my doctorate.

      Cons

      CEO is an egotistical maniac. They over work you with no training. Very disrespectful environment. Bar like setting. Way better opportunities out there then this place. Run!!
