I have been working at Sebia

    Pros

    They look good on paper.

    Cons

Unethical business practices. They failed to pay their employees 2 weeks worth of work and issued a check that to cover it and it was bounced! A month later still haven't received payment.

I worked at Sebia full-time for more than a year

    Pros

I found nothing positive at all

    Cons

Archaic technology Don't understand the reality of the A1c environment Old-timers who have never worked for a real company so do not understand process and are very set in their ways Terrible management both in US and France- Specifically a new US President who can't actually focus on any type of discussion. He's always looking around the room. Mean-spirited people Meetings that go nowhere and end with no action items

I worked at Sebia full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    A job....if you can't find anything else!

    Cons

For any future prospects. +The company has had heavy turn over the last four years. If you are looking at a sales or technical position ask how many people have covered your territory prior to you. Most last less than 9months here (as they look for something better) + Base salary incredibly low for the caliber of people they want on their team. They will promise you a big bonus. The only problem is very few if any reps ever hit it. How can you with a 10-12% quota increase annually?

    I worked at Sebia full-time

    Pros

Smaller company, but growing. Leader in their niche market. Good technology.

    Cons

Management seems to have lost sight of how the company has gotten to where it is now...their people! Unreasonable expectations are causing them to lose some very experienced key contributors recently.

    Approves of CEO

I worked at Sebia full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Strong company, financially. Aggressive sales in the market place, pushing the company and employees forward to do their best for themselves and the company.

    Cons

High turnover in employees from top to bottom. Even as small as the employee and management base it holds, the voice of the staff isn't always heard.
