Pros

The location i was at was chill.

Cons

Lack of communication from upper management. Had watch one of my coworkers. Because he likes to take hours. And will do nothing. It was hard trying to get in touch with the manager when needed. The manager only came around when something had happened. For example, when one of the guards was caught stealing in the building. Was only given one uniform and was told I would be given more but never was given more. Got removed from my location. Was told that they were going to have a meeting with the building managers to get me back in the building and then a few hours later got another call staying they are taking their contact with them. And the will give me another call for another location but never did

Pros

Good pay, if you can tolerate ignorance, lies, and absolute lack of leadership.

Cons

There is no advancement, this was known to me though, and they paid well. Management will tell you what you want to hear to keep you around until you're no longer needed. Favoritism and Nepotism abound at this company, and they will do everything that they can to hide it. Management constantly uses the term "I was mistaken" when called on a lie, or "I never said that." No ownership of responsibility, and they only care about their numbers. Why else would a company string along an employee that did everything by the book, only to wait until the last minute to tell them that they no longer have a position. Don't get me wrong, I was not fired. I was just told to go from full-time to "Standby". That is correct, they want me to sit around and wait for shifts to open up. Remember what I said about covering up? Unionized employees cannot be fired for no reason, so they put you on standby to get around that part of the CONTRACT. Anyway, good luck if you are thinking about working here. If you lack integrity, responsibility, and common sense, you are perfect for this company.

Pros

multiple shifts and hours to work, overtime available occassionally, not "hard work"

Cons

Working outside your whole shift, on your feet the entire shift. 2-30 minute breaks (sometimes its inconsistent)
