      Pros

      I have learned so much in the past year, and its been very fruitful to be part of a team that has grown exponentially, and is getting faster and more efficient everyday. We have done heaps to get the Seceon Brand name out there. Lots of autonomy to be able to run with things.

      Working hours sometimes are hard because of overseas team.
