The people you work with are wonderful and fun and enjoy working here, they make the job worthwhile. A lot of interesting projects to work on and things to get involved with. You can take classes at the Training Centre for free or at a discount which is well worthwhile. You will make friends for life here.

Cons

As will all arts, the pay isn't amazing and the hours can be long. A lot is asked of you but it's usually fun to work on the projects.

The created shows are unique - and the legacy of this iconic institution is well-known in theatre, comedy, and entertainment circles. You have your fair share of celeb citings which can be exiting and amazing.

Cons

Management does not know what it is doing. Decisions get made by a rash manager with little regard for how they affect others. Leadership is still too siloed and insular. They do not practice what they preach and are very dismissive - when given feedback or critical areas are exposed.
