Pros

Working with Section4 has been such a breath of fresh air. The team is packed with highly intelligent, very capable employees with low-ego and a focus on efficiency. They're constantly iterating and swiftly getting to an incredible product that truly puts the student experience first. The company culture revolves around growth, transparency and retainment and feels like a place one could settle in for many years and genuinely have an impact.

Cons

In and effort to find the *right* employees the team remains small and overworked but I imagine that will improve as hiring picks up.
