      good quality company vehicle.... work from home when no field work

      Cons

      poor wage for what you have to do long hours no overtime lack of organization and poorly managed service department..... poor equipment double standards constant phone calls in your personal time constant 3 to 4 nights away per week... not appreciated... I could go on....

      lack of local strategies work life balance is poor on occasions you have to refer to HQ on most things no real middle management support Poor future outlook, everything will be moved back to HQ eventually Certain set of managers believe they are entitled to their job rather than earning it
