* A high number of early morning meetings (e.g. 8:30–9:00am including Monday) and late afternoon meetings (e.g. 16:00-17:00, Friday too… can’t believe) can make it difficult to manage focused work time. We are in Australia not in Japan * Some processes and systems feel outdated, which impacts overall efficiency * Limited diversity within teams, particularly at certain levels * Fully office-based (5 days/week), which may not align with more modern flexible working expectations * High employee turnover suggests there may be underlying structural or cultural issues * Benefits offering is relatively limited compared to similar companies
