Pros

They are small and nimble and act at lightning speed. The fast pace can be great if it's what you are into. There are also travel opportunities.

Cons

Turnover is sky high, I literally never got positive feedback in the time I was there, the internal infrastructure left middle management under very high pressure, the CEO and Owner are at odds to everyone else's detriment, Asked to work long hours without overtime, there was poor communication between departments, the burn-out rate is high, and I saw them use underhanded tactics to fire employees they didn't like anymore.

Pros

The leadership team has an open and active dialogue to make sure that the company continues to move in the right direction and in the best interest of both clients and employees. A big focus is put on employee satisfaction. There is a strong sense of community amongst the teams and efforts are made regularly to engage as a company as a whole. Monthly all-hands meetings and annual gatherings were a great way for virtual staff to connect with each other. Leadership seeks feedback from employees at all levels.

Cons

The company is in growth mode. It's important for employees to be flexible to change when a company is growing.

Pros

Comfortable work environment, free snacks

Cons

Poor management. Unclear direction of where they are headed or what is expected of employees. As this small company grows, they are facing many growing pains. Culture is lacking. Controlling management. Lacking standard policies and procedures. Before excepting a position here, I would really look into it and the qualifications of management guiding you.
