Pros
Great culture, attractive benefits package, no micro managing, plenty of opportunities to progress. Very transparent company with their vision and actions. Great leadership and management team. Very much a people first organisation.
Cons
Hours can be long sometimes as some clients are in different timezones. but plenty of flexibility to work around those hours. There are all the challenges of a startup but that is expected in any startup, nothing concerning.
