      Pros

      They are attentive to their employees' needs, their uniforms are decent, except for the white shirts with small buttons, they provided decent training at one site, but not the other, pay is decen, above min wage.

      Cons

      When you are told to use common sense, but not being taught what to do, what common sense do I use? Training is NOT consistent, one site was good. But not the other. Benefits after one year??

      Pros

      They under bid other security contracts and if they get through, they will offer the current employees at the site employment with SMS.

      Cons

      -culture of dis honesty cultivated from upper management -rampant racism toward visible minorities -no job security -below average pay -upper management are not trained formerly or in formerly, have no eDucati on or otherwise, they are just promoted from being security guards -company is a set of lawsuits waiting to happen
