      Plenty of opportunities to spearhead, be a part of the change, or enjoy challenges/critically thinking and collaborating with others; always something to do, always something to do

      Cons

      Workload can quickly go from manageable to impossible, no proactive planning on how to avoid repetitive work overload assignments to the same high performing employees, lack of transparency seems intentional at times; ie- choosing vocabulary such as “interim/temporary” when it’s likely to become long term or asking if you are comfortable assuming something knowing that saying “no” isn’t an REALLY an option
