Pros

Very few, located in Town

Cons

The boss (called Ross Colville) is a bully, needs anger managment therapy, openly bullies his staff and the few managers under him are too cowardly to say anything about it

Pros

Peers are decent people to work with Good central location Varied clients and work

Cons

A certain manager is an outright bully and sociopath, screams and threatens you when things don't go his way. I've witnessed phones thrown at peoples heads, computers smashed, desks kicked in and once he split his hand open after punching a desk too hard. After verbally abusing a member of staff to the point of tears he then apologised by saying he lost control but they MADE him do it! Despite numerous complaints staff are simply told put up or quit by an ineffective and uncaring HR. I would urge anyone considering employment here to stay well away or risk being unfortunate enough to be placed under this person's management.

Pros

Handy location. That's about it.

Cons

Office's are in a real state of disrepair. Over relaxed working allows people to take the mick. Absolutely no scope for moving forward. Management are bullies and you very often hear things that have been said about you "on the grapevine". Only people who are friends with those in senior roles EVER have the opportunity to progress. If you have no or few mutual interests with management then you will be stuck in a minimul wagw rutt with people gossiping behind your back. Management are rude and have absolutely zero people skills.
