Way too many cons… cheap leadership, only care about obtaining more money and screw employees over. Pay is barely enough… paycheck to paycheck. Never appreciated, leadership quick to point fingers and overwork you with not overtime. Positions with a degree requirement are paid the same as entry level, no experience and high school education. This company is a joke.
