Where do I start? Working here was one of the most frustrating and disheartening experiences of my professional life. As a junior employee, I was routinely left to handle full workloads entirely alone when other team members were out, with zero additional support or consideration. This wasn’t a one-time thing—it became the norm. Apparently, the concept of teamwork doesn’t apply unless it benefits upper management. Despite holding a relevant degree and working well beyond my pay grade, there was no opportunity for progression. Raises? Forget it. Recognition? Not unless you’re part of the inner circle. The pay was laughably low given the demands of the job and the qualifications I brought to the table. But what’s even more disturbing is the company’s willingness to turn a blind eye to serious ethical concerns. A male employee, known to make women deeply uncomfortable—repeatedly—was allowed to continue unchecked and still remains working there today. Complaints were brushed aside. It was clear that protecting their image mattered more than protecting their staff. The culture is just as toxic as the workload. The CEO is entirely disconnected from reality—more concerned with their own ego than the wellbeing of the people actually keeping the company afloat. They’ll smile in your face during all-hands meetings, then turn around and burn out their staff without a second thought.
