Pros

Self-Helpers is serious about their mission to uphold economic opportunity and justice for all, especially those without the resources to defend themselves. as an organization, Self-Help is generally flexible with respect to work-life balance. Self-Help is led by a very fine CEO and founder.

Cons

Self-Helpers can be very affected in their display progressive-liberal ideology, uptight in their conformity, prejudicial of non-conformity and insincere in their promulgation of "diversity."

Pay could be better. Its fair but not good enough.

Pros

The organization has a great mission and DOES have great projects that it accomplishes.

Cons

If you are a woman or African-American at Self-Help you will be not be treated as an equal. The organization does not walk the talk when it comes to its employees.
