      High Producing Agents Should Look Elsewhere

      Lower Split then some other realtor companies MLM Format if you like that

      Cons

      Support is Lacking They took about their tech a lot but it doesn't match other companies A lot of emphasis on bringing in agents under you The training is very old fashioned If you are a high producing agent I would look elsewhere with a flat split as the 7% adds up quick and no cap means you are paying a lot for not much support

      Started out as a real estate agent at this company back in 2006. The company had great training and great incentives for anyone starting out in this business.

      Cons

      Fee started to increase for the agents regardless of what they were producing for that year.
