Pros

I was looking at a position that would help me develop my business skills and I got so much development out of it! The team was always willing to help with anything I wanted to learn.

Cons

I had to go back to Uni so I had to leave.

Pros

The people were fun and nice, it was an upbeat environment where they were encouraging and confident in you.

Cons

the job posting and interview was extremely misleading. This is a cold call sales job, you're expected to go to 60+ buisnesses (in person even now during covid) a day and expected to only close a couple deals (3-4). It is also completely commission based and they do not tell you that upon hire (they kind of deceive you and say "we typically make $$ this much per week" but never outright say it is completely commission based). Long hours and are expected to drive your own car except for on the frequent business trips.

Small team with energetic boss, if you like blasting music at 8 am then you’ll fit in here

Cons

Mostly a sales position, long hours selling paper supplies. Not salaried and is commission based. Not worth your time tbh
