Pros

If you make them good money, you're in the clear, you can basically do whatever you want as long as you're making them good money

Cons

unrealistic expectations, bad leadership, bad division between sales and recruiting, very little training, and now they're having contractors come and leave good reviews when in reality these contractors don't actually work for Seneca, they are contracted through Seneca to whatever company has hired them, basically a bunch of fake reviews. Again if you're a robot who can just manage clients or candidates you'll do fine, each office has one or two of these guys and they're making good money and choose what they get to work on and get first picks on whatever and exclusivity etc... but if you are not in the green KPI wise it's all intimidation, terrible HR support, new leaders are wack with terrible personality and little sympathy and all everyone cares about are numbers with disregard to any circumstances.

Pros

it's recruiting, so if you're making them good money they let you do whatever and you can even talk back to the leaders without repercussion.

Cons

Constant pressure from leaders who don't know what's really going on nor care. All they do is look at KPIs and threaten. Not a lot of empathy or cooperation and terrible turn around with employees. Our office hired and fired 5 people within the same year, each person working 2-3 months, and the ones who worked hard to get through their harsh KPIs and expectations during a recession and terrible economy, they still laid off the entire office, with employees with 2+ years tenure, and only offered 2 weeks of severance. Since they got acquired, they shifted all their focus towards money and who's making them money in the short term, no outlook on long term and no loyalty towards the people that made seneca what it is today over the last few years.

Pros

You meet great people working here.

Cons

Little to no training. $5K “promotion” every 6 months if you can meet the “achievable” criteria. Inconsistency across all regions. Leadership team is entitled. Lacks support. You’re expected to work late or after hours and be in the office 3-4 days a week. No work life balance. Company revenue runs on 4 key sales professionals. If those individuals left, the company would go tumbling down.
