Diverse, inclusive. Seems to care and act on sustainability.
Cons
Corporate red tape, really slow, outdated, and cumbersome purchasing system.

Thank you for providing your feedback. We are glad to hear you appreciated the diverse and inclusive work environment Sensata provides, as that is an important pillar of our success as a company. We understand that some processes and systems are slower and we highly recommend voicing these concerns to your direct manager or HRBP. - Jonathan Everhart, Senior Director, HR
I liked the people I worked with. Didn't like the corporate organization.
Cons
Stupidly woke. Was going to fire me if I didn't get a vaccine. Left company before that could happen. No push back against idiot federal government pandemic policies.

Thank you - we appreciate the feedback. Since the start of COVID-19, Sensata has abided by local guidelines and regulations. As a federal contractor, we must comply with government mandates otherwise face strict disciplinary measures, including termination of federal contracts and heavy fines. As we have always done, we will continue to abide by the rules in place in the jurisdictions in which we operate.

The people are quality. The business ethics of the company are solid. The company is doing well financially. The radar product developed at the Boise, ID, location is an interesting application to real world problems. It's a fun place to be an engineer if you're interested in ground-up R&D.
Cons
The company is over 20,000 people, and it has some large company politics and communication issues. They are continually trying to improve this though.
