Cons

• We're a small startup with big ambitions so the work load is high. Like any startup you have to be willing to get stuck in with work outside your speciality—so you have to be open minded with a focus on the long-term success of the company and your role within it.

Not the internship you'd expect

As an intern at SentiSum no one really treated me like an intern, which was fantastic! Work: From the very beginning I had my own responsibilities and my own projects. I worked very closely with the CEO. Apart from the very good salary, I even got a commission. I always felt like colleagues valued my work and like an equally important team member, because also CEO trusts you with everything. Work Culture: - I never had lunch on my own, always together with the team - We used to go out regularly to have dinner or drinks together - A very family like team culture - People take their time to teach you new stuff -> you'll learn a lot Perks: - great office view with barrista in house and free beer after 3 pm - fun colleagues, young team Highly recommendable!

Cons

Every now and then you put a lot of your time and effort into a certain project which then doesn't see the light of day. But that's start ups, so just don't be vain ;)
