      - Learning and applying the latest technology concepts - always up to date with the industry - Great team, highly technical - Managers don't micromanage and there's room for developing own ideas - Good work - personal life balance - Working remotely

      - Employees are located in North America and Europe so the time zone difference can make it a little bit hard sometimes.

      Pros

      Sentient Science has great technical team including mechanical/additive and software engineers. I worked for over 5 years and got opportunities to work on various exciting projects spanning across aerospace, wind and rail industries. The culture is great and have good worklife balance. New CEO is doing an amazing job and brought many positive changes. The team is growing under the new leadership and improving the products.
