Pros
Company are quite generous with perks at times for example flying people to the UK to attend 10 yr anniversary party. Pretty much your own boss on site. Company laptop, van, credit card and phone if you like that sort of thing. Loads of overtime. 2 weeks in Germany at their training school which is a bit of a doss.
Cons
Poor basic wage, which leads to having to work a lot of overtime which leads to poor work life balance. Far too much time spent on paperwork. A handful of used/worn tools to use (you can't use your own). 1week in 3 you will be on call.
