Pros

This is now a US brand company. First in the mobile surveillance field.

Cons

Rarely raise your salary even with heavier workloads, years after years. Company politics is one big issue there.

Pros

I think the overall high-level vision for the company is decent, and there is evidence of both revenue growth (especially through acquisition, but also organic) and gains in efficiency as the business acquisitions are integrated.

Cons

Though I have no direct proof, I strongly suspect that management personnel posted many falsified Glassdoor reviews on June 12, 2018. These 6 very positive reviews seem intentionally designed to both artificially boost the company's Glassdoor rating and also directly counter the negative narratives of prior authentic reviews. If you are looking to move into a middle management role here, the most important trait will be that you offer unquestioning loyalty to upper management. Not experience, competence, or work ethic. In fact, experience seems to be frowned upon at times, as highly experienced people seem to be viewed as a threat. Most of the key leaders of acquired companies quickly exit due to conflicts with upper management. By "upper," I do not mean the CEO -- the CEO of Safe Fleet (parent company of Seon) is a fine person, but he has failed to deal with systemic issues in the leadership layer directly under him. The culture is severely toxic due to a small number of bad apples with too much power, and too many good people have left voluntarily or been forced out. If you work here, you can expect a lot of micro-management and your good ideas may be quickly claimed by someone far above you. I cannot recommend working here, at least until the CEO makes a few important changes.
