Early-stage fintech tackling a huge market with great early traction and credibility with customers. What's cool about this company is that it's founded by (really top-notch) repeat founders so Sequence is early-stage right now but behaving like a later-stage company in a number of ways. High integrity is one of the core values and definitely embodied. Good for personal growth and learning, and the founders have hired really smart and talented employees so the team is great. The company is growing rapidly and this creates opportunities internally for those who want to seize them.
