Pros

Some really good people who were considered friends. Had a great culture and a very organic growth mindset. Now being Park Place, they will have a very strong hold on the third party market which should increase margins for sellers. The support offerings have grown too which will allow for increased "stickiness" within each customer.

Cons

Certain events transpired that left the company, which was once great, reminiscing about the good ol days. This also may have caused a bit of a clash between the two cultures, and daily expectations, quotas, metrics, etc., merging into one (merely speculation).

Sales departure at last

Pros

The company is being incorporated into park place but there are some excellent people who will hopefully be retained. The person who rightly was not is the sales leader

Cons

While much of the sales representatives have abandoned the company because of the toxic leader, the attrition before he departed was remarkable and the remainder of the sales teams are relieved he has gone. Worst hire for the company. It is no surprise that friends on the executive and leadership teams have left or are on their way out. These are HR and people who should know better that turned the other way in spite of the disparaging complaints on his inappropriate boundary blurring and indecent conduct to women and his overall bullying.

A company burned down. Now a CRO elsewhere.

Pros

Difficult to say what the pros are now with the acquisition but the company was best left alone without combining the UK and American business. Better decisions were made and the companies were more successful.

Cons

Sales leadership in the Americas. While bad decisions were made before 2024, this was the point where the company entered freefall. New sales leadership burned the company down to a crisp. Misconduct to the opposite gender and bully culture driving over 100 people out and implementing the wrong, old fashioned tactics. There are several records of this misconduct and feedback which transparently the executives chose to ignore and are now paying the price at the cost of the company and employees. Sales leadership left in January 2026 as the building was burned. This acquisition wouldnt have happened with better folk.

Pros

Work life balance was great. Leaders used to be great.

Cons

They sold out to private equity who bought another company. They merged and hundreds of great people lost their jobs. The company that used to exist is no longer. Now in the hands of wealthy financiers, I am sure the culture will continue to deteriorate. If you want to work to make rich people more money this is the job for you.
