Pros
I really can’t think of any, was an awful place to work. I normally don’t write reviews, I actually signed up to glassdoor just to warn others.
Cons
Might as well have put an ankle monitor on my leg, heavily micro managed. Salary way below average. Managers had zero people skills. HR would look for any legal loop holes to pin you to corner. I am generally a very happy person, but 6 months into the job I ended up suffering from depression and needing medical attention. I knew ServiceTec was the reason for this but due to financial reasons I had to stay but once I left I was a very happy man.
