Everything is bad only , no good thing in this company. Worst management ever in last 15 years of my career

Absolute hell place to work, too much restrictions, even tea is charged from salary, mandatory uniform (deducted from salary), No leaves, disrespectful behaviour from directors which is full of relatives & friends. These guys are very much insecure with well read and never forward the good work done by them but blatantly blame for underperformance. There is no inter departmental support, each department tries to put down the other. HR policies are specifically meant to harass employees and they get targets to save money from illogical salary cuts.
