Toxic work environment. Mangers abuse their authority. They will show favoritism and target anymore that is not one in their friend group. Also if you do try and report the favoritism, they will retaliate against you. Your hours will be messed with and you'll be written up for anything.

Horrible management was running the costumes and everything else they were so disrespectful they accused me of taking my break without permission even tho I was told to take it. They grouped people with disabilities together and we were all told to stand around the lazy river and "count the waves" when I asked if I could use the restroom they ignored me so I went when I couldn't hold it anymore then they chased me down in the restroom stood infront of the exit and reprimanded me from leaving my "waves counting position" because it was dangerous someone could've fell in even though we weren't open and I was within 5 feet of another employee who also just standing there staring at the water. Then the pufe garud cussed me out so I just quit on the spot!
